These terms apply when you buy a Talk2Song call (at talk2song.com or talktosong.com/call), enter a Talk2Song code, or call to talk with Ara. Talk2Song is a phone service of TalkToSong, operated by SSN and Companies LLC. By doing any of these, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.
How it works
- Buy a call online, or use the code on a Talk2Song gift card.
- Call the number on the page or card. Enter your 6-digit code. If you call from the number you paid with and your phone carrier confirms the call really comes from that number, we find your code for you; otherwise, enter the code from your text.
- Press 1 to agree to get your song by text, then talk with Ara for about 4 to 5 minutes. Calls can last up to 10 minutes. Near the limit, Ara lets you know and writes your song from what you've shared.
- We text you links to your song (two versions), usually within a few minutes after the call.
Ara is an AI voice
Ara is an automated AI voice, not a person. She can mishear a word or a name, especially on a bad connection. Speak clearly and spell unusual names. Your song is written and sung by AI from what you tell her.
Recording
Calls are recorded and transcribed so we can write your song. You agree to this when you pay on the Talk2Song page. On the call, before you talk with Ara, we tell you that Ara is an AI voice and the call is recorded; pressing 1 starts the call, so you go ahead knowing it is recorded. Nothing is recorded before you press 1. If you don't want to be recorded, press 2 or hang up; your code stays good. Details are in our Privacy Policy.
Codes
- A code is 6 digits, whether it comes from an online purchase or a printed gift card. Each code is good for one song. Codes don't expire and have no fees.
- Your code is used once you answer at least one of Ara's questions. If you hang up before answering, if all lines are busy, or if the call drops on our side before your song is started, your code stays good and you can call again.
- If the line goes quiet for about a minute, Ara says goodbye and the call ends. If you answered at least one question, we write your song from what you shared; if not, your code stays good.
- If your song can't be made after your call, we text you and your code works again.
- Keep your code private. Anyone with it can use it. We can't replace a lost code.
Payment and refunds
You pay the price shown on the Talk2Song page. Payment is handled securely by Stripe. All purchases are final, and we don't refund a code that goes unused, since it never expires.
Each song is made by AI from your conversation. We can't promise it will match every expectation, so a finished song is not refundable. If a problem on our side keeps your song from being made or delivered, your code works again. If you'd rather have your money back, email support@talktosong.com with the phone number you paid with and we'll give you a full refund.
Text messages (SMS)
Program: Talk2Song song delivery.
What we send: your call code if you buy online, and the links to your song when it's ready. No marketing texts.
How often: usually one or two texts per order. Message frequency varies.
Cost: Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to stop texts at any time. Reply HELP for help.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
You agree to texts when you check the box on the Talk2Song page or press 1 on the call. Texts go to the number you give us, and you confirm it is your own number. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your number; we never share your opt-in or consent with third parties.
Your song
Your song is yours to keep, play, and share for personal, non-commercial use. We don't claim ownership of your finished song. We keep the song files so your links keep working, but we can't promise they'll always be available. Download your songs to keep your own copy.
Personal, non-commercial use means you may not sell the song, put it on streaming or music services such as Spotify or Apple Music, earn money from it (for example on a monetized video), use it in an ad, or register it with a copyright or content-ID system. Because songs are made by AI, copyright protection may not be available for them.
Rules of use
Don't use Talk2Song for anything unlawful, or to harass, threaten, or pretend to be someone else. Don't try to guess codes; we limit wrong codes from each number.
Limits
Talk2Song is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from using it, and our total liability is limited to what you paid for the call. See our Disclaimer.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana.
