Privacy Policy

Talk2Song is a phone service of TalkToSong, operated by SSN and Companies LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”). You call, talk with Ara, our AI voice, about the story behind your song, and we text you the finished song. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your choices.
What we collect
- Your phone number: the number you enter on the Talk2Song page, and the number you call from.
- Your call with Ara: the audio of the call is sent to our AI voice provider so Ara can talk with you, and a written transcript of what you and Ara said is used to write your song. We don't keep the transcript ourselves after your song is made; our AI voice provider may keep its own copy for a limited time.
- Your order: your call code, the language you picked, and your payment confirmation. Card details are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card number. Stripe may ask for your email to send your receipt.
- Text message records: your agreement to receive texts, the texts we sent you, and any STOP or HELP reply.
- Call details: when you called, how long the call lasted, and technical logs that help us keep the line working.
The phone call: AI voice and recording
Ara is an automated AI voice, not a person. You agree that your call is recorded and transcribed to write your song when you pay on the Talk2Song page. On the call, before you talk with Ara, we say that Ara is an AI voice and that the call is recorded to write your song; pressing 1 agrees to the texts and starts the call, so you go ahead knowing it is recorded. Nothing is recorded before you press 1. If you don't want to be recorded, press 2 or hang up; your code stays good. We keep a record of when you paid and when you pressed 1.
We use your conversation only to write and deliver your song and to keep Talk2Song working, for example to fix a call that went wrong. We don't use your voice to identify you, and we don't create a voiceprint.
How we use your information
- To connect your call and let Ara talk with you in the language you picked
- To write and create your song
- To text you your call code and your song links
- To take payment and send your receipt
- To answer you if you contact us
- To stop misuse, such as someone guessing call codes
Who helps us run Talk2Song
We use service providers only to run Talk2Song: Stripe for payment, Twilio for phone calls and text messages, an AI voice provider for Ara and for transcription, an AI provider to write the lyrics, a music provider to create the song, and cloud hosting to store your song files. They get only what they need to do that work.
We don't sell your personal information. We don't share your phone number or personal information with third parties for their marketing.
Text messages
We text you only about your Talk2Song order: your call code if you buy online, and your song links when your song is ready. We don't send marketing texts. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop texts or HELP for help. See the texting section of our Terms.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from all of the sharing described in this policy and will not be shared with any third parties.
How long we keep it
We keep your order and your song for as long as we need them to deliver your song, keep your song links working, handle questions or refunds, and keep business records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Children
Talk2Song is not meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them. If you think a child has used Talk2Song, contact us and we will delete their information.
Your choices
- Reply STOP to any Talk2Song text to stop texts.
- To ask what we have about you, or to have it deleted, email support@talktosong.com.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
